Historical Fiction Reading Challenge 2011 is hosted by historicaltapestry.
In this challenge, there are five levels:
-
Severe Bookaholism: 20 books
-
Undoubtedly Obsessed: 15 books
-
Struggling the Addiction: 10 books
-
Daring & Curious: 5 books
Out of My Comfort Zone: 2 books
I don’t really know that I will be able to make my goal, but I have high hopes. My definition of historical fiction might not meet everyones definition of what is historical fiction. The standard I am going to use for this challenge is that if it is listed on the popular shelves on goodreads, then I will list it under that.
All that said, here are my Historical Fiction reads:
- Little House on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder
- Briar Rose by Jane Yolen
- The Lady Elizabeth by Alison Weir (review)
- The Book of Spells by Kate Brian (review)
